Cottage Project #2: Chic Doors
Hi sweet friends! It is me again. WOW, I never post this much, lol! In a couple weeks, I probably wont have anything to blog about, lol! Our second little cottage project was installed this morning. My hubby hasn't even seen it yet, lol! But I thought I would show all of you. Again, I have not painted the trim and stuff. That will get done Sunday along with some planting. My pink dogwood tree is supposed to be here this week! I cant wait to get him planted. But anyway, here is the second project! Another new door! This one is on the back and I just love it! Much more shabby - cottage - style. lol! Our house was new when we bought it but it had those UGLY 70's sliding doors. I hate them and am so glad to be rid of them! Please tell me what you think :)
BEFORE:
I forgot to take a before pic, so this is an old one from Christmas time, taken at night. But you get the picture, lol!
After:
Our walls aren't this yellow, they are more of an antique yellow. But it is very sunny today and they are showing bright yellow.

OOOOHHH! I love the french doors!! I would love to have something like that in my kitchen. We don't have any sliders there, so it would cost a fortune to renovate the wall to fit french doors.I really like your chandelier!!
Hi Sweetie! You are definitely a girl after my heart! I had two sets of French doors in our last house & miss them sooo much! Yours look lovely. And I am so in love with your new screen door ~ I want one soooo bad but don't think it would look right on my house now, but yours is just PERFECT along with the pretty cottage white fencing corners!

A side note - we had to adopt Lily to get a girl!
Love the new look! Makes a big difference and is so pretty. I love french doors.
Thanks for the compliments on the baby shower I did.
I got the drink dispencer at a little shop near me. However, I've seen them on eBay several times. But be careful sometimes they are way over priced. So if you really want one keep an eye out and you will find one at a good price.
Hugs,
joanne
