Cielo's Dessert Carnival!
Thank you so much to the beautiful Cielo of House in the Roses for hosting this wonderful dessert carnival!! Make sure you visit Cielo's blog for more wonderful desserts!!!
Okay, the first thing I want to do is apologize for this TERRIBLE picture!!!! I was in such a hurry Saturday night when I finished this cake for my moms birthday, that it is quite sloppy! After sitting in the freezing cold for 6 hours watching my boys play baseball, a quick dinner and then finishing the cake ~ well, you get the point ~ anyway.....
I have a lot of yummy desserts that are hard to make and "gourmet" I guess you could say. But I decided to share a recipe that is very EASY and FAST for those of you that are like me, with kids and a life, lol!! This is a Pampered Chef recipe that I got from my good friend Denise. It is delicious and oh so easy! But it tastes like you spend hours on it :) That is the best part!

Oh my this looks so good. I just may have to give it a try this weekend my guys will go crazy over it. Thanks for sharing.
I'm a dessert aficianado & like you, I chose to use a simpler recipe to showcase in the dessert carnival...your recipe looks yummy & I'm loving the ease of it!
I think that I have gained 5 lbs. by just reading your blog today. It sounds fabulous. Can anything ever have enough chocolate in it???
That cake is to die for. You can never have enough chocolate. Thanks for your visit, the pink flowers didn't sell they are still at Studiopink. Have you been to Amsterdam's in Saugatuck or Sunset junk in South Haven? I am featuring them on my blog for Show and Tell Sunday. It is worth a trip. Don't eat all the cake.
By the way I added to your sight to my blog link. Hope you don't mind.

Oh My!! :)
Let me know how you like Amsterdam's ans Sunset Junk when you go. They are on the fun and funky side, not your typical antiques and art. There are so many shops in Saugatuck and all along Bluestar Hwy. I will Have links to their sights on my post friday. Again I had to look at that cake and now I am hungry.
